Ahahahahhahh!! Tranquillo Haga! Capita! Spero cmq che ti appassionerai anche le vintage, sai che fino al `97 non sepevo nemmeno che avessero fatto le più grandi, quelle in scala 1:55, e quanto le avevo sognate da ragazzino!!! Quanto le ho viste sono letteralmente impazzito!!!!

Bhà, sia le Koreane che le Taiwanesi che le Macachiane per me hanno un loro particolare fascino, sono la testimonianza di quanto sia stato copiato uno dei giocattoli più venduti di tutti i tempi in senso assoluto. La Valkyria è così geniale che ha suscitato negli anni lo stesso interesse e desiderio del modello originale del 1984 tant`è che potrebbe essere venduto ancora oggi passando per un odierno TF. In merito alla qualità però non c`è paragone, le copie hanno stampi molto più approssimativi che portano a non far combaciare perfettamente le varie parti tra loro assemblate, inoltre la qualità delle plastiche è molto più scadente.
Per quanto riguarda Takatoku o Bandai posso dirti che la prima ha il fascino dell`originalità ed inoltre sono stati prodotti i modelli "classici" dell`anime cosa che non ha fatto invece Bandai che si è dedicata solo ai modelli dell`OAV tra cui le 2 Valkyrie a mio giudizio più belle, la Ostrich e la Elintseeker. La qualità produttiva è la medesima. Insomma, non si può fare a meno di nessuna delle 2 produzioni.

Porcaccia paletta...non è la VF-1S, è la VF-1S Super...stramaledizioneeeee...bellizzima e mai vista in asta. Adesso scatta la caccia.
Il tris ce l`ho, qualche anno fa non era difficilissimo trovarlo, bisognava avere un po` di pazienza, adesso è un bel po` che non ne vedo uno.

Welcome Jesse, this post is old but still much admired. In this group, it is normal to bring back old posts. If you have specific questions, or reasons for discussion, I would advise you to freely open new posts, taking into account the rules of this site of course. Apparently, it seems that, lately, there is little participation, but I assure you that there are many collectors and enthusiasts who read, every day, what appears new.

As you said many years have passed since Maccolino opened this post but it is still one of the most important reference for a Macross Valkyrie collector!
You asked about my mini Valkirye Henkei the VF-1S Super, I can say YES just 3 years ago I was able to find a very loose and incomplete one to finish mine and last year a find a complete one missing just the Box.
Now they are both in my collection and I`ll post a picture of them or more if you need them :)
Just let me know about it!

Thank you Elmorris for the welcomes, I`m really not use to in opening post, but be sure I will gladly do, to contribute to this community, I think there is still a lot to learn and discuss like about the past, places, marketing and distribution on all the different (like toys) that concerns in this community. Now Rick H. first of all also thank you for the welcoming and second just WOW, I came here with the intention of helping you fix up your super valky and you hit me with the surprise not only you have restored it, but you have two now, my props to you, jaw dropping pictures of the super valkys and I see you also have some knock-off valk`s, yes definitely would like to see more pictures of them, and hear your telling, which I just got more questions. either like Elorris said we can open a new post or stay here, you choose.

Hi Jesse! Thanks a lot for thinking to help me, I still have some spare parts from the one I restored. Maybe we can make sothing to revive another Super Valky.
One thing I noticed is that no one of my S. V. has the jolly roger on the cockpit instead the one in the picture I found and the one on your profile picture have it.
The problem is that this Super Valky is so difficoult to find that I don`t even know if there was KO on the market or not.
By the way I`ll be happy to see wich spare parts you have and to answer your question if is possible for me :)
I`ll get some pictures of the others asap, it`s just that to take them I need to move a lot of stuff from the shelf and it will be a bit a mess ??

Hi Rick H. I see your spear partes, not to say but I think I may be the right person to repair it. those are your old propellant tanks it looks like the first thing that broke when you were a child was your gun pod, you know to answer one of you your questions, no, this one was one of Takatoku-Mark`s that never fail in to knock-off hands for being one of the last ones only the SV has the gun pod holder, no knock-off has it, because they are based on the regular Takatoku Valky`s, it also looks like one of your repair valk`s had only one booter attached, because I only see one screw of it, Did one of the back-pack fins broke, that`s not from you old Valk is it? same with both booster position holder peg slot. but yeah, I have parts. none of my upper arms have broken, I`m curious to see how they look deep inside the look of the notch that holds them, I know the paint doesn`t go all the way in, that`s one way on how you spot a different level of Holy Grail. well back to this, these are the arms for that valk.

Here I have an old Jolly Roger unattached, well I`d say one of the best ways to reattach it would be poor hot water on a Tupperware bowl, now from the outside of the bowl, not in, hold the jolly roger sticker to warm it up, so ill soften up and get the wrinkles out, careful don`t burn or burn the sticker, next on a clean area on a paper or cardboard, be sur to put the sticker facing upside down to spray adhesive, you don`t want to spray the wrong side, then using some modeling tweezers, grab the sticker very carefully, and carefully try putting it, in the center of the heat shield, you may only have one chance, I`ve only tied it once, just got it a slight off, I bought this gorilla spray adhesive, whatever you use be sure it`s clear adhesive and better spray.
