Hi. You just go to the insertion and type your message or your question in the form at the bottom of the page and submit it. You`ll get your reply directly from the seller on the same page. Then when you have an agreement you can click the "buy" button (the one saying "COMPRA SUBITO"). an email will be sent to your e-mail address and you`ll be able to personally contact the seller to arrange your payment.

Hi Kinder , you have to write in the topic of the seller (asking any information or additional photos).
I recommend not to write personal data such as e-mail or otherwise.
Once you reach a arrangement you can click on the "COMPRA" button.
You will then receive, by e-mail, e-mail address of the seller so you can exchange the data necessary for payment and shipping.

Purchase process from the marketplace (aka MERCATINO) it does require to you a 4 easy steps procedure.
Within the "sell/search post" of the generic user, once purchase prompt decision has been made, just click on the 3 flags on the left and as final step click on the "compra subito" (aka buy it now) so that purchase can be finalised.
Of course, before proceding with the prompt decision, you can initiate a price negotiation with the seller or ask for additional info a/o pictures. Communication thread can be accomplished within the same page into the dedicated messages exchange area.
By rule, no private message can be exchanged between seller/buyer before concrete purchase.
Private communication with seller can be carried on only after purchase has been made.
