You do not need to be provisioned as a "premium user" in order to create "Sell/Research" post.
Premium provisioning is only required if you wanna create auction posts.
Once (in the second picture) you select the "Ricerca" option, then you only need to fill the "prezzo" field (price you are willing to pay for the item), then you can upload some pictures (just to show the item u are looking for).
Final step is to check the agreement flags.
