Hi,

as I am new here I want to introduce myself first: I`m a collector from Germany and basically interested in the Motu vintage toyline. I`m happy to be here

After my first deal I`m now facing a technical problem as I dont get any emails / confirmations after the deal to get in touch with the seller and to exchange details for the transaction.
I already saw that there is a discussion in the Italian Forum but I don`t know if there is any solution yet as my italian is not very good..

Can anybody please help me or provide information how I can get in touch with the seller?

in these days there is a problem with automatic email when you make some deal or when you ask question, the problem is that the automatic email doesn`t arrive to you or the seller

the Webmaster it`s working for fix it

I had the same problem with a purchase I made yesterday.
Today I received a notification so the problem seems to be solved.
I suggest you get back on the item page that you purchased where you will find a button to re-send the notification.

Search the page a link to this word "Invia nuovamente l`email con i dati della transazione".

The next support request open it in the forum "FORUM ASSISTENZA - Problemi tecnici".

Mail sending issue after item purchase has been fixed right now.
Everything is working fine. Sold an item an hour ago and got automatic notification mail in my mailbox.

you just go to "Acquisti" (top left yellow menu), then find the item you want to leave feedback for and click on the gray clock under "Voto lasciato".
